With over 15 years of senior-level experience spanning diverse industries, including retail, hospitality, property management, and real estate, I've cultivated a deep expertise in guiding and empowering teams to reach their full potential.

Throughout my professional journey, I've held pivotal roles in shaping my expertise. For a decade, I actively managed my own business, "Just Be Clothing Inc.," where I fostered teamwork among my staff and cultivated a harmonious work environment. Subsequently, as the Director of Business Development and Branding at Spring Creek Mountain Village Inc., I played a crucial role in shaping the company's future by nurturing a collaborative culture, ensuring brand integrity, and facilitating the growth of multiple business industries.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Royal Roads University and a specialized Certificate in International Business and Innovation from Grenoble Ecole de Management in France. I am also DISC certified. Currently, I am on the path to completing my executive business coach certification and earning the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation.
